The following options are available:

  • Repairing of the damaged component.
  • Exchange service: damaged for a functional one with appropriate cost settlement.
  • Diagnostics in case the client is unsure whether the element is damaged.
  • Loan of our component to the client for diagnostic purposes or for the duration of the repair.
  • We are also interested in the purchase of damaged components from the Fanuc Alpha/Alpha-i system.

How to complete the service?

2. Delivery

You can send the damaged device by courier or deliver it to our office in Radom.

3. Diagnostics

The device diagnosis and repair estimate take up to 4 business days and are free of charge. After the initial diagnosis is completed, we will prepare a repair offer for you.

4. Repair offer

The repair offer is sent by email or in PDF format, in which we provide information about the estimated repair completion time and the service cost.

5. Service completion

After accepting the offer, we immediately begin the repair of the device, which always includes professional cleaning, replacement of faulty components, and load testing.

6. Delivery to the customer

The repaired device is then packaged for personal pickup or shipment to the specified address via courier.

Scope of work performed:

  • Diagnostics – The repair process begins with a detailed examination of the failure scope. We inspect power, control, and drive modules (e.g., IGBT, MOSFET, thyristors), as well as measurement, cooling, and communication systems. We perform voltage measurements and tests of electronic components.
  • Contamination removal – Industrial devices are often exposed to dirt. All components are thoroughly cleaned with ultrasonic cleaning and dried in specialized equipment.

  • Repair and Replacement of Components – We perform regeneration or replacement of damaged parts, such as: power modules, power supplies, input/outputs, communication interfaces, cooling and measuring systems. Additionally, we replace the most failure-prone components, as well as those with the shortest lifespan. This is to ensure several years of trouble-free operation. We renew laminates and always replace electrolytic capacitors (THT and SMD).
  • Device testing – After the repair is completed, we test the equipment on dedicated workstations and CNC machines. Testing under real operating conditions on a CNC machine allows us to detect faults that are impossible to “catch” during laboratory tests. We check the operation of components, the cooling system, and performance under load on actual machines. We protect the customer’s data by creating a copy of the parameters.
